Reynold M. Karr, M.D., FACP, FACR, FAAAAI

Dr. Karr has been in practice for over 25 years, specializing in allergy and rheumatology. He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the Rheumatology Subspecialty Board of ABIM, and the American Board of Allergy & Immunology (a conjoint board of the ABIM and American Board of Pediatrics).

Diana Lachman, SOCMHP, FNP, ARNP

Diana has over 25 years experience in nursing. She holds a degree in Family Nurse Practice from Gonzaga University in addition to a Masters in Nursing & Nurse Practitioner in Mental Health from University of Washington. Diana practiced in internal medicine prior to joining our practice in the fields of rheumatology and allergy.

She was born and raised in Seattle and spent time farming and ranching in Montana and Canada. She currently lives in Seattle and enjoys gardening.
